Drita has spent her life immersed in a community of creative, talented individuals who share a deep passion for the arts. In 2001, she was introduced to stained glass and immediately discovered a profound connection with the medium. This initial spark opened the door to a wide range of glass art techniques. Over the years, she has studied with some of the most accomplished glass artists in North America, refining her skills through classes and workshops. Her portfolio now encompasses stained glass, mosaics, fused glass, and innovative combinations of glass powders and clay glass.

Her artistic journey expanded further when she pursued formal training in painting at St. Philip’s College. Drita finds great fulfillment in creating large-scale abstracts and seascapes, often blending her painting with glass elements and other multimedia techniques. This fusion of disciplines reflects her commitment to pushing creative boundaries and producing work that is both dynamic and expressive.
